I have failed

I am house/dog sitting for my aunt and uncle this weekend. 1st, let me tell you about the dog. Peggy Sue is 16, blind, & deaf. I cannot get her to eat anything except for her treats. I cannot get her to pee anywhere except for the carpet near the back door that leads to the backyard where the peeing is supposed to happen. (Granted, I wouldn't want to go outside to urinate during a hail storm either.) I cannot get her to leave me alone when I eat ANYTHING. (Apparently she has not lost her sense of smell.) But we're having fun together watching various Jesus/Bible documentaries on A&E in honor of the holidays. I can't help but sing "Peggy Sue" all day long. I belive I am better at this than Nicolas Cage.

2nd, the cops had to come out to the house. I didn't set the alarm correctly, then left for work, and the cops came out.

So I am failing miserably as a dog/house sitter.
